Set in the wild Wicklow countrywide overlooking the Sugarloaf Mountain,Powerscourt Estate and gardens enjoys breath-taking views. The Gardens offer visitors a magnificent blend of formal gardens, sweeping terraces, statues and ornamental lakes. With its secret hollows and rambling walks you will stumble upon the pet’s cemetery which is the resting place of the much loved pets of the Wingfield and Slazenger families.

Glendalough

Gaze at the rolling hills, rugged mountains, and glacial valleys of County Wicklow – the Garden of Ireland Glendalough – one of the most beautiful visitor sights in all of Ireland.  It is renowned for its Early Medieval monastic settlement with round tower and its upper and lower lakes which make for spectacular viewing. The round tower at Glendalough is 100 feet high and was built some time between 900 and 1200.
